Asmongold Banned Again on Twitch Following 'Violation of Community Guidelines'

Zack Hoyt, the popular streamer known online as Asmongold, has again received a temporary ban on one of his channels, following a "violation of Twitch's community guidelines."

Hoyt's ZackRawrr channel, which has more than 2.4 million followers, now displays an error message that states it is currently unable to stream. This does not impact his main Asmongold channel, which has a larger 3.5 million user following.

While neither Twitch or Hoyt have commented publicly on the incident, clips circulating on social media this week show the streamer recently making disturbing comments regarding migrants (who he described as "absolute f***ing savages") and their children, who he argued should be shot.

"I'd shoot whoever," he said, suggesting that migrant children should be killed to deter their families from illegally crossing a country's borders. "If it's kids, women, men, anybody. Just shoot them. They're gonna stop coming over."

Hoyt has received several bans in the past, including a suspension in April this year and an earlier ban in October 2024 after he dismissed claims of genocide in Gaza. "They're terrible people," Hoyt said of the region's Palestinian inhabitants at the time. "These people are not your allies. They are not the same as us. They come from an inferior culture that is horrible."

Hoyt subsequently apologized for those remarks and accepted that "no one deserves to have their life destroyed even if they do things or have views I find regressive." He added: "You guys deserve more than me saying stupid shit like that, I'll do better."

It's currently unclear how long this latest ban will last. IGN has contacted Twitch for comment.
