GTA 6 gameplay reveal breakdown: A summary of all the details we spotted

Alright, we've finally seen some real, official, brand new GTA 6 gameplay. Regardless of any more leaks springing, there's something concrete out there for us to pull apart. I was expecting some disembodied commentary voiceover but it was actually just pure cutscenes and gameplay for 26 minutes. The timeline jumped around a whole lot so Jason and Lucia's story still isn't super clear, but we can still make sense of a bunch of combat and crime features that were included.

Details

Those are all the biggest takeaways that we learned from the gameplay reveal, but here are a bunch more smaller bits that we spotted:

• Pet dogs (of course) for good karma
• Some destructible walls in the drug deal combat scene
• Slow-mo kill cam
• Breaking into a car with a "slim jim" crowbar required a tiny quicktime interaction
• Fridges have a drink selection menu, some with gameplay effects
• Driving navigation has a modern 3D style map view for certain buildings, like Lucia's apartment
• Lots of disguises and wigs for Lucia
• Obligatory car chase plus shooting out the window
• Six total stars for your "wanted" level
