Exquisite Corpses: Fox Mask Killer Delivers a Blood-Drenched Comic Book Epic

As far as anthology comics go, Exquisite Corpses certainly boasts a novel format. Technically, the series is created by James Tynion IV and Michael Walsh, but in the spirit of the exquisite corpse concept, each issue shifts to a new creative team, who tell a story about one of the stylish killers in this action-horror universe. And sometimes, these new stories are so good they just demand a spinoff. That's where Exquisite Corpses: Fox Mask Killer comes in.

As mentioned, Exquisite Corpses: Fox Mask Killer is a spinoff of the main series, reuniting writer Che Grayson (Absolute Catwoman) and artist Adam Gorham (Infernal Hulk) as they delve much deeper into the hyperviolent world of the titular masked assassin. Like Exquisite Corpses, Fox Mask Killer is published through Tynion's Tiny Onion imprint and Image Comics.

Exquisite Corpses: Fox Mask Killer #1 will be released on September 16, with a final order cutoff of August 24. You can preorder a copy at your local comic shop.
