Silent Hill: Townfall PC Preorders Get 25% Price Cut at Fanatical
About
Overview
September 2026 may be an incredibly busy month for game releases, but it's an exciting one. Among the wide variety of games coming out is Silent Hill: Townfall, releasing on September 24. If you're excited to jump into this new installment of the iconic horror franchise, and you're planning to play on PC, Fanatical has an excellent little offer worth taking advantage of. Rather than paying the full $49.99 for the Standard Edition of Silent Hill: Townfall, Fanatical has knocked 25% off that price and dropped it down to $37.49. Similarly, the Deluxe Edition is also 25% off, with its price sitting at $44.99 instead of $59.99. Ahead of the game's release, this is a pretty sweet discount to take advantage of if you already know you want it in your PC library. It's also worth noting that both copies will be available as Steam codes. This preorder discount is certainly a highlight, but your early purchase also comes with a preorder bonus. This appears to be a Rusted style option for the CRTV, which you can see in the image below. The Deluxe Edition also comes with a few more extras alongside the base game and preorder bonus. You'll get to enjoy an alternate outfit for main character Simon, the digital artbook and digital soundtrack, plus 48-hour early access. IGN's Michael Higham recently played three hours of the game and wrote that it "might be exactly what the series needs" in his preview. He explained that, "being in first-person definitely sparked the thought of what P.T. could have been, because my time with Townfall showed that the more intimate interaction with the environment can bring you closer to both the story it's trying to tell and the gameplay elements that give rise to such dread." Overall, he wrote that he, "came in thinking Townfall would be just another direction the series could explore, and came away eager for whatever comes after the end of my preview demo." If you're hoping to grab a physical copy instead, make sure to check out our Silent Hill: Townfall preorder guide for more information on where it's available to buy right now.
